Day-to-day work involves pulling from both newly shot material and a deep archive, shaping footage into finished pieces for digital distribution, promotional use, and live event presentations. Familiarity with the specific rhythms and visual language of dance performance is a genuine advantage here.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit new and archival footage into polished deliverables for virtual performances, ensuring pacing and framing serve the choreographic content.
• Cut promotional and advertisement content that meets broadcast and digital distribution standards.
• Manage post-production workflow for special events, coordinating edit timelines with the Videographer and Studio Operations leadership.
• Organize and maintain access to archival video assets, keeping the library usable across projects and departments.
• Deliver final cuts in formats appropriate for multiple platforms, from web and social to large-format venue screens.
• Review rough cuts with the Director of Studio and Theater Operations and incorporate notes through picture lock.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in a post-production workflow environment, with a reel that shows editorial range across short-form and event content.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience cutting performance, documentary, or arts-focused content is a strong asset.
