1. What information about the members do we collect?
a) We collect the information you provide when you use our Platform and our services, including without limitation, when you sign up for an account, browse our Platform, become a paid member, leave your feedback, engage or interact with other members or content on the Site, engage with us through any social media platform, submit a complaint, communicate or interact with us in any manner. This can include Personally Identifiable Information (PII) as well as non-PII information. The examples include your email, first name, last name, billing address, general working location, job title, resume, bio, personal website, IMDB and other social media profiles, Demo Reel, age, height, weight, ethnicity, union affiliation, various skill certificates, awards, photos, company name, hashed password, your queries, your interaction with other members, etc. Some of the information is mandatory while creating an account, while the other is discretionary. We also collect information about how you use our services, such as the content you engage with or the frequency and duration of your activities.
b) Information about your Activities: We also collect information about how you use our services, such as the content or member you engage with, and the frequency and duration of your activities.
c) Information that we collect when you use the website: We also collect information while you access, browse or view the Site. In other words, when you access the website, we are aware of your usage of the website, and gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage, including geolocation information, operating system, make & ID, IP address, device ID and type, settings and characteristics, Site crashes, identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify a device. This helps us in providing our services to the users and making improvements in the services, fixing errors and bugs.
d) Customer Care: If you contact our customer support via email, in those cases, we collect all your interactions with our customer support.
e) Information that we collect from third-party sources: You can engage with us through social media platforms or mobile applications. When you engage with us through social media platforms, such as Facebook or Instagram, you allow us to have access to certain information from your social media profile based on your privacy preference settings on such platforms.
f) Payment Information: When you become a paid member, then you provide our third-party payment service providers, namely, Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce with your credit or debit card information. We don’t collect your payment card details. For payments, we redirect you to one of the payment service providers mentioned above, which collects and processes your payment request.
g) No Sensitive Information: Please do not provide any highly sensitive personal data when using our platform. This includes social security numbers, health or medical information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation. We do not intentionally process highly sensitive personal data and reserve the right to reject or delete it.
h) Good Judgment: We suggest that you exercise good judgment and caution while providing your personal information.
2. What is the lawful basis for which we use your personal information?

Deleting your information
Your account and the information that you provide us are yours. You can at any time delete the same. However, you acknowledge that we may also retain some of the information so deleted for a reasonable period of time in order to comply with legal requests. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are bits of electronic information that a website may transfer to a visitor’s computer to identify specific information about the visitor’s visits to other websites. Sharing of Information
a) We may share some of your personal as well as non-personal information with our third-party hosting service provider namely, Kinsta. You can access their privacy policy on this link (external link), and their data processing addendum here (external link).
b) When you interact with other members, or add information, or post on your profile on our platform, some of the information that you choose to share is accessible to other members or the community, as the case may be.
c) When you become a paid member, then you provide our third-party payment service providers, namely, Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce with your credit or debit card information. We don’t collect your payment card details. For payments, we redirect you to one of the payment service providers mentioned above, which collects and processes your payment request.
d) We may share some of your personal information with our third-party service providers to process your request for certain services. For instance, we use MailChimp as our mailing service provider, Stripe, PayPal, and WooCommerce as third-party payment service providers, Google for indexing the pages, Hotjar for tracking your movements, and Facebook Pixel for our advertisement campaigns. Likewise, we may use the services of other third-party service providers for providing our website and our services to you, in which case some of your information may be shared with them.
e) We keep your information safe and do not share your information with any other third party. However, if we merge with or are acquired by another company or we sell our website or business unit, or if all or a substantial portion of our assets are acquired by another company, in those cases, your information will likely be one of the assets that would be transferred.

A request for access can be made by you only twice within a 12-months period. Any disclosures that we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding receipt of your request. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable User request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will inform you of the reasons for such a decision and provide you with a cost estimate before processing further your request.
