About the Role

The Junior Video Editor works directly alongside the marketing and design teams at one of the UK’s longest-established luxury jewellery retailers, a company trading since 1857. Day-to-day post-production workflow covers everything from assembling selects and applying brand templates to exporting final cuts optimised for different social platforms. This is a fully on-site position at 37.5 hours per week, which means you are embedded in the team and part of the content production cycle from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final cuts using established brand guidelines and video templates to maintain consistent output across all channels.
• Deliver platform-specific edits for YouTube long-form content, Instagram Reels, TikTok Shorts, and audio formats as required by the content calendar.
• Work directly with directors and marketing managers to ensure each edit aligns with both creative direction and the broader digital content strategy.
• Incorporate rounds of feedback to refine cuts and bring video projects up to the brand’s quality standards before final export.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and stay across emerging trends in short-form video production to keep content current.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all branded video output.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience editing short-form social content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, with a portfolio of links you can share.
• Proven experience editing long-form content specifically for YouTube within a brand or agency post-production context.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro as your primary editing tool.
• A clear understanding of brand identity and how editorial decisions support consistency across a content library.
• Experience editing podcasts with accompanying short-form clip packages is desirable but not required.
