Sales & Content Coordinator  

WildBrain is hiring a Sales & Content Coordinator to join their team in Toronto, Canada. About the Role

The Sales & Content Coordinator works within WildBrain’s distribution division, supporting a slate that spans children’s programming and family entertainment across global markets. Day-to-day work includes generating rights availability reports, managing clip licensing deals end to end, and preparing quarterly performance presentations for priority productions. This is a cross-functional role that touches content development research, sales forecasting, and revenue tracking on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate rights availability reports using FilmTrack and format the data in Excel to produce accurate, client-ready materials for the sales team.
• Facilitate clip licensing deals from initial inquiry through to execution, coordinating approvals across music, legal, franchise, and rights teams and negotiating business terms directly with clients.
• Prepare quarterly update presentations covering distribution sales activity, trade show results, press coverage, advertising initiatives, awards, and YouTube and AVOD performance for priority productions.
• Create and distribute a quarterly client newsletter through Mailchimp, handling copy writing, graphic formatting, industry trend research, and targeted list management.
• Maintain the active sales revenue tracker and run a weekly cross-functional meeting to assess deal priorities, surface risks, and advance pending agreements toward execution.
• Support travel, trade show, and content summit logistics for both the Sales and Content teams, including scheduling, bookings, and coordination across departments.

What You Bring

• Experience in a television distribution, content licensing, or animation studio environment in a coordination or support role.
• Working knowledge of FilmTrack or a comparable rights management system used in episodic television or film distribution.
• Proficiency in Excel for data formatting and report generation, and familiarity with Mailchimp for email campaign delivery.
• Exposure to clip licensing workflows, including an understanding of music clearance and rights approval processes.
• Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing client-facing sales materials, pitch decks, or screener packages.
