Synergy Plus Recruitment is hiring a Photographer and Videographer on behalf of a product-based client in Milton Keynes, England. This is an in-house content production role sitting within a design and marketing team, responsible for the full pipeline from product photography and 360 imaging through to filmed, edited, and published video content across YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram. It suits a self-sufficient visual content producer who is comfortable owning a studio environment and delivering finished assets without a crew around them.

About the Role

The Photographer and Videographer works directly alongside the marketing and design team, producing content that supports ecommerce listings, product launches, and social media campaigns. A typical day moves between studio product photography sessions using an Orbitvu 360 system and editing sequences in Adobe Premiere Pro or building motion graphics in Adobe After Effects. This is a permanent, full-time position with consistent Monday to Friday hours, office-based in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the Orbitvu 360 photography system and manage all studio lighting, backgrounds, and camera setup for product photography shoots.
• Plan and execute video productions independently, from initial shot list and scripting through to filming product demonstrations and promotional content.
• Edit long-form and short-form video content in Adobe Premiere Pro, managing audio, transitions, and post-production workflow to brand standard.
• Build motion graphics, title sequences, and animations in Adobe After Effects to support finished video output.
• Retouch and optimise product images in Adobe Photoshop for use across the company website and online marketplaces.
• Maintain a structured media asset management system and ensure visual consistency across all photography and video content.

What You Bring

• A portfolio demonstrating proven product photography and videography credits, required at point of application.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and studio lighting setups for both photo and video production.
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop across a production workflow.
• Experience producing short-form video content for social media platforms, ideally including YouTube or ecommerce-focused content.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple creative projects and hit deadlines without close supervision.
