About the Role

The media team at eXp Realty produces a consistent slate of short-form and long-form video content across real estate, lifestyle, and community subjects. A typical day might involve filming a property or agent-facing piece in the morning, cutting an Instagram Reel in post, and sitting in on a podcast shoot by afternoon. The schedule runs Monday through Friday at 40 hours per week, with occasional early mornings or weekends when production calls for it.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit real estate, lifestyle, and community content for distribution across YouTube and social media platforms.
• Produce and deliver short-form video content including Instagram Reels, applying current social media video trends to each piece.
• Operate cameras, lighting packages, and audio equipment across varied locations throughout the Phoenix metro area.
• Support video podcast production, handling both the shoot setup and post-production editing through to final export.
• Develop original content ideas and contribute to the editorial calendar alongside the broader media team.
• Manage production schedules, equipment logistics, and file organization to keep the content pipeline moving.

What You Bring

• Proven videography and photography experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates both long-form and short-form video production.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve for end-to-end post-production workflow.
• Hands-on experience with camera systems, lens selection, lighting setups, and location audio capture.
• Familiarity with YouTube content strategy and platform-native formats for Instagram Reels and short-form video.
• Reliable personal transportation, as this position requires regular location-based shooting across the West Valley.
