Line Producer – Immersive

Framestore is hiring a Line Producer for its Immersive Studio division, based in London. This role sits at the operational centre of a specialist team producing location-based entertainment, theme park experiences, and immersive installations, managing schedules, department workflows, and delivery pipelines across complex multi-disciplinary projects. It suits a producer who has outgrown traditional screen formats and wants to apply their production management skills to physical and experiential work that involves onsite installation and real-time technical builds.

About the Role

The Immersive Studio at Framestore operates across creative technology, location-based entertainment, and theme park ride production, working with major IP owners to deliver large-scale guest experiences. The Line Producer role covers the full production lifecycle, from initial scheduling through to onsite testing and wrap, coordinating artists, developers, supervisors, and creatives working across both studio and field environments. Day-to-day this means running production meetings, managing tracking tools, and acting as the central point of contact for information flow across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules across creative, technical, and development departments, keeping timelines aligned with delivery milestones.
• Track production progress across all departments and flag risk areas before they affect the delivery pipeline.
• Coordinate client deliveries and manage post-production wrap procedures, ensuring all assets and documentation are accounted for at close of project.
• Run key production meetings, dailies, and review sessions, keeping notes and updating production databases to reflect current status.
• Oversee project coordinators and partner with crewing, pipeline, and technical teams to ensure the right resource is in place at each stage of production.
• Support onsite testing and installation phases, which may require travel to client or venue locations outside the London studio.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Line Producer or senior production manager on VFX, immersive, or experiential productions.
• Solid understanding of post-production workflow and how creative and technical departments interact across a production schedule.
• Competency with production tracking and project management tools used in VFX or interactive production environments.
• Experience coordinating or overseeing production coordinators and managing upward communication with heads of department.
• Comfort working across hybrid studio and location-based production contexts, including travel for installation or testing phases.
