Bidding Producer

Framestore is hiring a Bidding Producer for its Immersive Studio, based in London, United Kingdom. This role sits within the business development function of a studio that builds location-based entertainment, theme park rides, and large-scale immersive experiences, with the Bidding Producer responsible for translating complex creative and technical scopes into costed, competitive proposals. It is a good fit for a producer who is as comfortable in a spreadsheet as they are in a creative brief session, and who has direct experience winning work in the immersive or VFX production space.

About the Role

The Immersive Studio at Framestore operates at the intersection of VFX pipeline expertise and experience design, producing projects for major IP owners across theme parks and location-based entertainment venues globally. As Bidding Producer, you will manage multiple live bids simultaneously, coordinating across Creative Directors, VFX Supervisors, and heads of department to build accurate, well-structured bid packages. Day to day, this means running RFP responses from brief to submission, tracking bid progress across time zones, and feeding financial data up to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Build detailed bid breakdowns and RFP response packages for immersive production projects, working directly with VFX Supervisors and Creative Directors to define scope and methodology.
• Report bid status and financial projections to the Senior VP of Immersive, Head of Strategic Partnerships, and Head of Studio to support capacity planning.
• Work alongside Contracts Management to structure and negotiate payment schedules for awarded projects.
• Manage concurrent bids across multiple potential projects, maintaining accuracy in Google Sheets-based tracking and cost models.
• Guide awarded projects through visual development and pre-production, up to and including asset turnover.
• Monitor developments across the immersive entertainment industry to keep Framestore’s bidding strategies informed by the competitive landscape.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a producer or bidding producer within immersive entertainment, location-based entertainment, or high-end VFX production.
• Confidence working with complex cost models and data analysis tools, particularly Google Sheets.
• A track record of managing RFP processes and delivering competitive bid packages to major clients.
• Experience coordinating across departments including VFX, creative, and production management in a global studio environment.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build relationships directly with IP owners and external partners.
