M.Hudson Design, based in West Palm Beach, FL, is hiring a Cinematic Screenwriter and Storyteller to lead narration and script development for a luxury custom-home visualization film. This role sits at the intersection of brand film writing and architectural storytelling, producing a polished voice-over-led screenplay and scene-by-scene visual beat guide for a 3 to 5 minute client-experience production. It suits a working screenwriter, brand film writer, or narrative creative director with demonstrable credits in premium hospitality, architecture, automotive, or comparable high-consideration storytelling.

About the Role

This is a freelance script development engagement, remote and open to applicants worldwide, with a preference for U.S. time-zone availability. The writer works directly with M.Hudson Design’s owner and creative lead, synthesizing homeowner discovery materials and approved architectural plans into a cinematic narrative that moves through the full property, from site line to interior to landscape. The workflow follows a structured three-stage approval process covering concept options, treatment, and final screenplay with visual beat guide, delivered within 14 days of engagement start.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop multiple cinematic story-concept options drawn from homeowner priorities, aspirations, and approved custom-home design inputs.
• Write a recommended treatment and narrative approach for review and approval before advancing to full script draft.
• Deliver a polished, voice-over-led screenplay for a 3 to 5 minute luxury brand film experience, written in sophisticated and emotionally precise English.
• Produce a scene-by-scene visual beat guide that identifies key architectural, interior design, and landscape moments and how each should synchronize with the narration.
• Participate in a kickoff call and scheduled review calls at each approval gate, responding to feedback within one business day as part of a professional creative workflow.
• Propose a fixed-fee or rate structure and outline a revision approach as part of the initial submission.

What You Bring

• Credits in voice-over scriptwriting, brand film production, narrative advertising, or premium-experience storytelling across luxury, hospitality, architecture, fashion, or travel sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to write restrained, emotionally resonant narration that reads naturally when performed rather than read on a page.
