The YouTube Video Editor at RS Rewards Club works across the full range of the channel’s output, from relaxed talking-head formats to high-energy multi-cam shoots that require careful angle management and sync work. Day-to-day post-production workflow involves editing to brief, contributing to structural decisions, and packaging edits so footage can be repurposed across social platforms. The role is four days a week on-site in Port Melbourne, with the fifth day flexible.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit single-camera vlog content with tight, natural pacing, clean sound design, and light colour grading suited to the YouTube format.
• Handle multi-camera post-production workflow, syncing multiple angles and cutting between them to maintain energy and viewer engagement throughout.
• Build primary YouTube edits with an eye toward clipping and reformatting content for short-form social media platforms.
• Work from a creative brief while contributing your own input on structure, pacing, and storytelling beats before picture lock.
• Manage the revision process efficiently, turning feedback around quickly and delivering final files to agreed deadlines.
• Maintain organised project file structures and footage management so the post-production pipeline stays clean across multiple concurrent edits.

What You Bring

• A portfolio or reel demonstrating proven YouTube editing credits across both single-cam and multi-cam productions.
