Key Responsibilities

• Develop and pitch original content ideas that translate the clinic’s brand and patient experience into short-form video production.
• Manage a content calendar and coordinate shoot schedules across multiple Melbourne locations, including travel between sites.
• Write scripts and prepare production briefs ahead of filming to keep shoot days efficient and on brief.
• Operate camera on location across a range of content types, including staff profiles, educational videos, and social media reels.
• Edit and deliver finished cuts optimised for each social media platform, applying platform-specific formatting and best practices.
• Monitor social media content trends to inform the ongoing content strategy and keep output current.

What You Bring

• A portfolio of video and social media content work demonstrating end-to-end production capability across short-form formats.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or a comparable non-linear editing tool.
• Experience directing subjects on camera and creating a comfortable environment for non-performers, whether staff or patients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without close supervision.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport for location work across Melbourne.
• Prior content production work in healthcare or professional services is well regarded but not required.
