About the Role

You will be the sole visual content producer for an established estate agency, which means your photography and video work directly shapes how properties are marketed across North Devon. A typical day involves travelling between residential shoots, capturing stills and video on professional camera equipment, flying drone units for aerial property coverage, and turning around edited content quickly enough to keep listings moving. This is not a support role, you own the visual production workflow from booking through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot residential properties across North Devon using professional camera and video equipment, capturing stills, walkthrough video, and aerial drone footage to brief.
• Edit photography and video content to a commercial standard for distribution across property portals, websites, and social media platforms.
• Manage your own shooting diary and coordinate appointment scheduling directly with sales negotiators to keep production timelines on track.
• Operate drone units on location to capture aerial imagery and video, working within relevant airspace and safety guidelines.
• Produce floor plans for listed properties, with full training provided by Cooper Golding.
• Maintain consistent output quality and turnaround times across a varied residential property portfolio without day-to-day supervision.

What You Bring

• A portfolio demonstrating professional photography and videography experience, ideally across commercial or location-based shoots.
• Hands-on competence with professional camera bodies, lighting, and video production gear in real-world shooting conditions.
• Practical drone operation experience, with certification or equivalent demonstrated aerial photography work considered beneficial.
• Strong post-production editing skills across both photo and video, with the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• A valid driving licence and your own transport, given the travel demands of shooting across North Devon.
• Formal training or a qualification in photography, videography, or a related creative discipline is an advantage.
