TWO SVGE, the Perth-based eyewear brand, is hiring a Videographer / Editor to join their in-house creative team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time brand content role focused on end-to-end video production workflow, covering everything from paid advertising creative and product launch campaigns to social content and brand event coverage. It suits a working videographer and editor who is comfortable owning shoots independently and wants their work measured against real performance data, not just aesthetics.

About the Role

You will sit inside the TWO SVGE marketing and creative team, producing content that runs across paid media channels, organic social, influencer campaigns, and product launches targeting audiences in Australia, North America, and beyond. A typical production day moves between camera operation on location or in-studio shoots, and editing suites where you are cutting ads, social clips, and brand films to platform-specific specs. This is not a freelance or project-based engagement, it is a permanent seat inside a growing brand with a real content pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end video production on brand campaigns, from pre-production planning and storyboarding through to final delivery across paid and organic channels.
  • Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment to a professional standard, maintaining gear readiness across all scheduled shoots.
  • Edit and deliver polished brand content using Adobe Premiere Pro, with consistent attention to pacing, hooks, colour grading, and sound mix across each platform format.
  • Translate campaign briefs from the founders and marketing team into scroll-stopping video content that reflects the brand’s blue-collar, motorsport, and country-inspired identity.
  • Review creative performance data across paid media placements and iterate on content formats based on engagement and conversion results.
  • Manage content libraries, project timelines, and file structures across multiple concurrent brand content productions.

What You Bring

  • A strong portfolio of video production and editing work across brand campaigns, paid advertising creative, or social content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro as a primary editing tool, with a working knowledge of colour and audio post-production.
  • Hands-on experience operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment in both studio and location production environments.
  • Solid editing instincts across pacing, storytelling structure, and platform-specific formatting for short-form brand content.
  • The ability to absorb feedback quickly and adjust creative output without losing momentum on a production schedule.
