This role sits within short-form digital content production, covering the full pipeline from on-location shooting through to final delivery across platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook. About the Role

The intern will work directly within Dynamic Alliance Group’s content production workflow, contributing to marketing-focused video projects from initial concept through to published output. A typical day involves operating camera and lighting equipment on set, cutting footage in post-production, and building out social media assets including graphics, thumbnails, and captions. This is a generalist role across production and post, which means the work changes week to week depending on the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot video content for social media marketing campaigns, operating cameras, lights, and sound equipment across production locations.
• Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook, including graphics, captions, and thumbnail creation.
• Develop creative reels concepts for marketing purposes, contributing ideas from pre-production through to final cut.
• Manage and organise digital media assets, maintaining clean file structures across video files and graphic resources throughout the post-production workflow.
• Handle production setup and breakdown at shoot locations, supporting the logistics of each production day.
• Communicate proactively with your supervising producer on project timelines, flagging deadline risks before they become problems.

What You Bring

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite alongside editing tools including Canva, CapCut, and Shotcut.
• Familiarity with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, KlingAI, and Higgsfield as part of a social media production workflow.
• Demonstrated experience filming and editing short-form social media content, with a portfolio or reel to show for it.
• Current knowledge of platform formats and algorithm-relevant trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Ability to multitask across production and post-production responsibilities without losing detail or missing delivery deadlines.
