Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality video content across golf events, course locations, and studio setups, operating camera independently as a self-shooter.
• Edit footage to broadcast and digital delivery standards, cutting engaging short and long-form pieces that align with the brand’s editorial voice.
• Manage the full video production workflow from pre-production planning through to final export and asset delivery.
• Develop original video concepts proactively, pitching editorial and commercial content ideas that support the wider brand strategy.
• Maintain consistency across visual output by applying colour grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics within established brand guidelines.
• Coordinate shoot logistics including equipment prep, location permissions, and talent scheduling to keep productions on time and on budget.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience as a videographer across branded content, sports production, or digital video production environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with working knowledge of colour correction tools such as DaVinci Resolve.
• A portfolio of self-shot and self-edited work that shows range across editorial and commercial video formats.
• Confidence operating professional camera systems in outdoor and event conditions, including exposure to ENG or cinema-style rigs.
• Strong organisational skills developed through managing multiple productions or content strands simultaneously.
