• Pitch and execute original video concepts from treatment through final delivery, functioning as a solo creative on many projects.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all campaign video output, ensuring cohesion across formats and platforms.
• Coordinate with the social, creative, and communications departments to align video storytelling with broader campaign messaging.

What You Bring

• Five or more years producing, directing, or editing video content for campaigns, brands, newsrooms, or political organizations.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics tools considered a strong plus.
