Key Responsibilities

• Edit UGC footage captured by the in-house videographer into short-form video ads formatted for paid social campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Repurpose long-form podcast recordings into high volumes of short clips, applying clip selection judgment based on engagement potential and platform context.
• Apply captions, motion overlays, and transitions that align with current short-form post-production conventions and platform algorithm behaviour.
• Handle sound design elements including music selection, audio mixing, and ambient cleanup to meet broadcast-adjacent quality standards on compressed timelines.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to align each edit with the intended ad concept, adjusting pacing and structure based on performance briefs.
• Maintain a steady delivery schedule across concurrent projects, managing your own post-production workflow without on-site supervision.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience editing short-form content for paid digital campaigns, with a portfolio showing UGC-style ad edits.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, with a working knowledge of caption tools such as Captions.ai or equivalent.
• A clear understanding of vertical video formats and the pacing conventions specific to short-form content on major social platforms.
• Experience pulling usable clips from long-form podcast or interview recordings with minimal editorial direction.
• Ability to work remotely and independently, meeting consistent output volume without compromising technical delivery standards.
