Job Position(s): Videographer and Editor
Project Type: TV Series
Job Date: Full Time
Compensation: Paid - Salary

Williams Lea is hiring a Videographer and Editor to join their Creative Services team in Canary Wharf, London. This is a corporate content production role covering the full post-production workflow, from on-camera shoots through to motion graphics, animation, and final delivery across internal communications channels. It suits an experienced content creator who is equally comfortable behind a camera and in the edit suite, and who has a reel that demonstrates both narrative editing and motion design work.

About the Role

The Videographer and Editor sits within a Creative Services department producing corporate video content for a global business services organisation, including leadership communications, campaign content, and event coverage. Day to day, this person manages their own projects from pre-production brief through to final export, working alongside designers and project managers rather than within a traditional broadcast or episodic television structure. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week on-site at the Canary Wharf office and potential for off-site shoots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot interviews, events, and campaign content to a broadcast-quality standard, making informed decisions on lighting setups, audio capture, and camera configuration on location.
  • Lead the edit on each project, building narrative structure that serves the brief and the intended internal communications audience.
  • Design and produce motion graphics, animated titles, and visual effects sequences in After Effects to a level that shapes the overall creative execution.
  • Contribute actively during briefing and ideation sessions, advising stakeholders on production approaches and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Maintain organised asset libraries, project files, and post-production workflows across the team.
  • Deliver all content on schedule and to a consistent technical and creative standard, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What You Bring

  • Solid professional experience in videography, editing, and post-production, with a portfolio that covers both corporate content and motion design work.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with familiarity across Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.
  • Demonstrated experience producing content for corporate, brand, or internal communications environments, with financial services or regulated industry experience a plus.
  • Strong cinematography fundamentals covering lighting, lens choice, and location audio.
  • A degree or diploma in Video Production, Visual Arts, Media Studies, or a related field.

Why This Role

Williams Lea operates across 20 countries with 15,000 staff worldwide, which means the content produced here reaches a genuinely large internal audience and carries real production expectations. The salary for this Videographer and Editor position is £46,000 per annum, plus company benefits, on a permanent full-time contract working 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday shifts. For a content creator looking to build experience in corporate video production at scale, Williams Lea offers consistent project volume and a structured creative environment.

Apply now for the Videographer and Editor role at Williams Lea and bring your post-production workflow and motion graphics skills to a team producing content at a global level.
