About the Role

H&M Studios operates as an internal production house, turning around content for H&M’s complete assortment on a continuous basis, meaning shoots are frequent and the prep work behind each one is constant. The Production Assistant to H&M Studio owns garment readiness from the moment product arrives through to the moment it hits set, covering unpacking, sorting, steaming, and on-set support. A typical day moves between the wardrobe area and the studio floor, with the pace driven by shoot schedules and product intake volumes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute steaming and ironing schedules to ensure all garments are camera-ready ahead of each shoot call time.
• Unpack, label, and sort incoming product with accuracy, maintaining clear organisation across the wardrobe and prep area.
• Provide on-set support during model photo shoots, assisting the styling and production teams with garment handling and continuity.
• Maintain a structured and accessible wardrobe area throughout the production day, resetting between looks and shoots as needed.
• Coordinate with the production team on product availability, flagging any issues with garment condition or missing pieces before they reach set.
• Support production before and after shoots, including wrap duties such as repackaging, returns, and inventory checks.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience in garment care, specifically steaming and ironing across a range of fabrics and construction types.
• Prior credits as a stylist assistant on commercial, e-commerce, or fashion content production shoots.
• Experience working within a high-volume studio production environment where multiple shoots run in close succession.
• A background in product management or sample coordination within a fashion or retail production context.
• Strong organisational skills applied to physical spaces, with the ability to maintain order under shoot-day pressure.
