Videographer

Saheel Art Production is hiring a full-time Videographer based in Doha, Qatar. This role sits at the intersection of live event production and post-production, with the Videographer responsible for shooting and delivering polished video content across equestrian events in Qatar and internationally. It suits a camera operator and editor who is equally comfortable on a run-and-gun shoot and inside an edit suite finishing a final grade.

About the Role

Saheel Art Production specializes in equestrian event coverage, meaning this Videographer works across a niche but high-profile production slate that includes both local Qatar events and international competition coverage. A typical day on this job moves between field production, where you are tracking fast-moving live action with professional cameras, and post-production workflow, where you are cutting, grading, and delivering finished video to client deadlines. The role is full-time and travel-heavy, with regular movement between Qatar and locations abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate professional camera systems at live equestrian events, capturing clean footage of fast-moving subjects under variable lighting conditions.
• Edit raw footage into polished final cuts using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable professional editing software.
• Perform color grading on all delivered content to a broadcast-ready or client-specified standard.
• Manage all aspects of on-set and post-production file handling, including footage ingestion, audio sync, and organized project file archiving.
• Record and manage location audio at events, ensuring clean production sound is captured alongside picture.
• Travel with the production team to cover events both within Qatar and at international venues.

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio of live event videography and edited work, prioritized over a specific number of years in the industry.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional post-production software.
• Demonstrable experience operating professional-grade cameras and audio equipment in live production environments.
• Professional-level English communication skills for working with an international crew and client base.
• Current Qatar residence permit, as the role requires you to already be based in the country.
• Availability and willingness to travel frequently as the production schedule demands.

Why This Role

Saheel Art Production operates in a specialized corner of live event production that offers genuine variety, with the production slate spanning local Qatar shoots and international travel across the equestrian calendar. Compensation is discussed after interview and determined by skills and portfolio, meaning strong work is rewarded directly.
