This role sits within the clinic’s in-house social media production workflow, generating short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok on a daily basis. It suits a self-directed creator who is comfortable shooting and editing independently, without a larger production crew behind them.

About the Role

The Content Creator / Video Editor works directly inside the clinic, capturing procedures, before-and-after results, and patient testimonials as they happen throughout the day. The output is short-form social media video, edited to current platform trends with a clean, premium aesthetic that reflects the clinic’s brand positioning. A typical day involves both on-floor filming with a mobile device and desktop editing using CapCut and similar tools to deliver finished content ready for upload.

Key Responsibilities

• Film in-clinic procedures, treatment results, and testimonial segments using a smartphone, applying proper framing and lighting judgment for short-form social media production.
• Edit Reels and TikTok videos in CapCut, applying text overlays, subtitles, music, and transitions consistent with current platform formats.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all content that aligns with the clinic’s premium aesthetic and social media presence.
• Contribute to content planning sessions, pitching ideas for shoots, formats, and trends relevant to the beauty and aesthetics vertical.
• Organise and archive all photo and video assets captured on-site, maintaining a structured media library for the clinic’s ongoing content pipeline.
• Monitor trends across Instagram and TikTok to inform content decisions and keep the clinic’s output current with platform algorithm shifts.

What You Bring

• Hands-on proficiency with CapCut and at least one other mobile or desktop editing application used in short-form social media production.
• Demonstrated ability to shoot quality footage on a smartphone, with a working understanding of composition, natural light, and in-camera stability.
• A genuine eye for visual aesthetics, with a portfolio or profile that shows clean, well-paced short-form edits.
• Strong organisational habits for managing media files across an active production schedule.
• Prior experience in beauty, wellness, or social media content production is a plus, not a requirement.
