Ready Set Tour is hiring a Real Estate Photographer and Drone Operator to work on-location across Southwest and Gulf Coast Florida, primarily serving Lee County and surrounding counties. This role sits at the production end of real estate media, responsible for delivering HDR photography, aerial footage, cinematic walkthrough video, and 3D virtual tour capture that feeds directly into a post-production editing workflow. It suits a working photographer or drone operator who is comfortable running a full shoot day independently and understands the specific demands of architectural and interior photography.

About the Role

Real Estate Photographer and Drone Operator contractors at Ready Set Tour work across residential and luxury property listings throughout Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Manatee counties, covering everything from standard MLS shoots to high-end property media packages. A typical assignment involves arriving on location, coordinating with the listing agent or homeowner, and capturing stills, video, and aerial imagery that meets spec before uploading finished files to a shared folder for the editing team. This is project-based, 1099 contractor work, compensated per completed assignment with additional pay for travel within the agreed service territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot interior and exterior real estate photography using HDR and wide-angle techniques calibrated for architectural accuracy and listing appeal.
• Perform aerial photography and videography using certified drone equipment on assigned properties where FAA Part 107 clearance applies.
• Capture cinematic property walkthrough video for use in listing marketing and social media content packages.
• Operate Matterport or comparable hardware to deliver 3D virtual tour capture on equipped assignments.
• Manage on-site client communication with real estate agents and homeowners, representing Ready Set Tour professionally throughout each shoot.
• Upload and organize all photography and video deliverables daily to a shared file system according to project specifications and deadlines.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in photography, with real estate, architectural, or commercial work considered a strong asset.
• Solid command of lighting, composition, and exposure for interior photography production environments.
• FAA Part 107 certification or active pursuit of certification for drone photography and aerial videography work.
• Familiarity with Matterport or other 3D virtual tour platforms is a plus, though not required for all assignments.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop for basic file preparation, with video editing experience as a bonus.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to self-manage scheduling, assignment intake, and daily file delivery without on-site supervision.
