A typical day involves pulling selects from raw footage, assembling cuts for review, and iterating quickly based on performance data and direct feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and refine cuts of raw footage into finished video content optimised for short-form digital distribution.
• Manage the post-production workflow across multiple concurrent projects, maintaining version control and organised media libraries.
• Apply colour correction and basic grade to ensure visual consistency across a content series.
• Cut and time audio, including music licensing selections, voiceover, and sound design, to match editorial rhythm.
• Export and deliver platform-specific formats across aspect ratios and file specifications for social video channels.
• Review performance metrics alongside the creative team and apply findings to inform future editorial decisions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience editing short-form and social video content, with a reel that demonstrates strong pacing and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects as your primary editing and motion tools.
• Familiarity with ecommerce or direct-response video formats, where retention and conversion are editorial priorities.
• Ability to work independently within a small production team and manage your own deadlines without a post supervisor overhead.
• Experience with media management and basic colour work inside a non-linear editing environment.
