The Melbourne post team at Logic Media handles a steady pipeline of client work spanning real estate, hospitality, sport, automotive, and fashion. Day to day, this editor will be moving between projects, matching established edit styles, and taking raw footage through to finished deliverables including colour, sound, and basic motion graphics. The role is fully on site, which means close collaboration with production and account teams throughout the editorial process.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video content across real estate, social, and brand campaign formats, holding a consistent standard across every deliverable.
• Study reference edits and replicate pacing, style, and structure precisely to match the agency’s established house style.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a high-volume post-production workflow, meeting all deadlines without sacrificing output quality.
• Apply colour grading, sound design, and basic graphics work to a professional finish on every project.
• Work directly from briefs and account team notes to refine cuts through feedback and finalise work for delivery.
• Contribute ideas that improve both the quality and efficiency of the editorial process across the team.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a video editor in an agency, media production, or commercial production environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve at a professional working level.
• A sharp eye for matching reference edits with accuracy across pacing, colour, and structure.
• Demonstrated strength in at least one of colour grading, sound design, or motion graphics.
• A track record of managing multiple projects and delivering on time within a structured production schedule.
