Sony Pictures Entertainment is hiring a Content Strategist Coordinator based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role sits within the Brand Partnerships and Innovation team, where the work centers on developing and executing sponsored content campaigns across Sony’s television and digital ecosystems for the Latin American market. It’s a strong fit for someone with a background in branded content, media, or creative production who wants to work at the intersection of entertainment and commercial strategy.

About the Role

The Brand Partnerships and Innovation team functions as the bridge between Sony’s commercial sales operation and its content production pipeline, translating advertiser briefs into original branded content and bespoke brand integrations. Day to day, the Content Strategist Coordinator moves between creative development sessions, client presentations, and cross-departmental production meetings with Digital, Marketing, Programming, and Legal teams. The role covers the full project lifecycle from concept through delivery, working directly alongside a Manager on campaigns across Mexico and broader Latam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop branded content proposals and bespoke brand integration concepts in collaboration with Sales teams, built around Sony Pictures’ original content slate.
  • Represent the Brand Partnerships and Innovation team in client and agency meetings, presenting strategic and creative concepts to external stakeholders.
  • Oversee project management across all production phases, from development and creative concepting through to final content delivery.
  • Build sales materials and commercial presentation decks using PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva, with visual assets developed in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Support digital and social content strategy development to extend brand campaigns across Sony’s owned digital platforms.
  • Manage ongoing communication between commercial and creative teams, keeping client expectations and deliverables on track throughout each campaign.

What You Bring

  • Three years of experience in sales support, branded content, media, or creative production within an agency, entertainment company, or media environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in production, digital communications, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of audiovisual and digital production formats, with hands-on experience coordinating projects from conception to delivery.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • English proficiency is required; basic video editing skills are a plus.
