A typical shift involves pulling and cutting highlights, writing to picture, operating playback systems, and getting VODs live to CBSsports.com on deadline.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut sports highlights for broadcast and digital distribution, shaping the editorial narrative of live game coverage.
• Write shot sheets to guide production flow and support on-air presentation across live sports programming.
• Operate the DreamCatcher video playback machine during live production windows.
• Cut voiceovers and sound on tape elements to strengthen the storytelling of specific games and stories.
• Post VODs and highlight packages to CBSsports.com in real time, meeting tight turnaround windows common in live sports post-production workflow.
• Support senior producers with program development and creative decisions tied to CBS Sports editorial standards.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro in a professional production environment.
