Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical program delivery across one or more workstreams in the Sales and Licensing technology portfolio, from initial scoping through production launch and post-launch performance tracking.
• Define and maintain program plans, milestone trackers, risk registries, and escalation paths, and lead weekly reviews plus executive reporting cycles including WBR, QBR, and MBR cadences.
• Coordinate dependencies and surface blockers across five or more concurrent workstreams spanning multiple time zones, working directly with SDMs and engineering leads.
• Drive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Distribution Operations on requirements, delivery commitments, and scope trade-offs.
• Build and maintain operational execution rhythms including sprint planning cadences, decision logs, RACI matrices, and DRI accountability mechanisms.
• Contribute to OP1 and OP2 planning cycles by owning headcount justification narratives, investment ask documentation, and program-level cost-benefit analysis.

What You Bring

• Several years of technical program management experience in a streaming media, studio technology, or content distribution workflow environment.
• Demonstrated track record running multi-team migration programs or API modernization initiatives at scale.
• Comfort operating with significant autonomy inside ambiguous, high-stakes program environments with shifting priorities.
• Experience contributing to annual planning cycles and writing investment documentation for senior leadership review.
• Fluency with program management tooling, reporting automation, and runbook development across distributed engineering organizations.
