About the Role

This position lives within Global Business Operations, supporting the financial infrastructure that keeps production spending, vendor contracts, and enterprise procurement running across Paramount’s film and television slate. Day to day, this means managing Oracle Fusion modules for Travel and Expense, Sourcing, Procurement, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable while also designing and deploying AI agents that automate high-volume financial workflows. The person in this seat is both the product owner and a builder, writing requirements one hour and configuring an AI agent the next.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Oracle Fusion Finance and Procurement modules, aligning technology delivery with the financial goals of a global media enterprise.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product releases as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders and engineering teams across the production workflow.
• Design and build applications using Anthropic’s Claude to handle complex financial reasoning tasks, including function calling and data extraction outside the Oracle ecosystem.
• Deploy intelligent agents natively within Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio to automate invoice processing, GL reconciliation, anomaly detection in journal entries, and AP exception handling.
• Oversee the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, improving vendor management, contract compliance, and spend visibility across Paramount’s procurement operations.
• Drive user adoption through documentation and training programs that translate technical system changes into practical process improvements for finance and operations teams.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a product owner or functional lead within Oracle Fusion Finance environments, including hands-on configuration of T and E, Procurement, AP, and GL modules.
• Direct experience building AI agents or agentic applications, with working knowledge of Anthropic’s Claude API and prompt engineering in financial or enterprise contexts.
• Background supporting enterprise-scale operations in media, entertainment, or similarly complex multi-entity organizations.
• Ability to write technical user stories, lead agile ceremonies, and translate business requirements from teams including accounting, procurement, and production finance.
• Experience with change management and training rollouts tied to ERP upgrades or new technology adoption across large organizations.
