Moonbug Entertainment is hiring a Senior Video Editor (GFX & Colour) to join their post-production team at their Camden office in London, England. This role sits firmly in the finishing and online editing pipeline, responsible for taking children’s content through conform, colour grading, motion graphics, and final delivery across broadcast and digital platforms. It suits an experienced finishing editor or colourist who has spent several years working to strict technical specifications and knows how to maintain visual consistency across an episodic series.

About the Role

The Senior Video Editor (GFX & Colour) works within Moonbug Entertainment’s post-production department, finishing content for properties distributed across Netflix, Disney+, BBC iPlayer, and YouTube Kids. Day-to-day work involves online editing in After Effects, colour grading in DaVinci Resolve, and applying motion graphics and visual polish across a high volume of kids’ content. This is an office-based role, five days a week in Camden.

Key Responsibilities

• Conforming and finishing episodic content to broadcast and digital delivery standards, ensuring technical compliance at every stage of the post-production workflow.
• Performing colour grading and colour management across scenes and episodes, matching shots to maintain a consistent look throughout a series.
• Building and applying motion graphics and GFX treatments in After Effects, working to established brand guidelines across multiple kids’ entertainment properties.
• Managing complex timelines with multiple audio tracks, including music, SFX, and dialogue stems, with precise sync and conform accuracy.
• Executing VFX clean-ups, transitions, and finishing touches, resolving technical issues that arise during the online editing process.
• Preparing and processing assets in Photoshop and working through creative briefs and revision notes from multiple internal and external partners.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience as an online editor, finishing editor, or colourist, with a track record of delivering projects from conform through final output.
• High competence in After Effects for both online editing and motion graphics work.
• High competence in DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software for colour grading and colour management workflows.
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro for offline editing and Photoshop for asset preparation.
• Familiarity with children’s content or episodic television production, with strong attention to brand consistency across a series.
