WPP Media is hiring a Senior Video Editor and Motion Designer on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in London. Sitting within The Goat Agency, this role lives in the campaign production team, where the output is social-first video content, including paid social ads, influencer campaign edits, case study films, and promotional assets delivered across multiple platforms and aspect ratios. It suits an editor who is equally comfortable pulling a clean assembly from raw creator footage as they are building motion graphics from scratch inside After Effects.

About the Role

The Goat Agency operates as a creator and influencer marketing specialist within the WPP Media network, running campaigns across more than 70 countries for global brand clients. Day to day, this role sits at the centre of the post-production workflow, taking briefs from producers and campaign managers and turning raw footage, creator content, and brand assets into finished deliverables ready for platform delivery. Expect a mix of short-form social edits, longer promotional cuts, and motion-heavy pieces, often running concurrently across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end editing of campaign video content including social media ads, case studies, and promotional films, working from client briefs and producer direction.
• Build and apply motion graphics and animated assets using Adobe After Effects to meet campaign-specific style guides and brand guidelines.
• Handle colour correction and sound mixing to bring edits to broadcast and platform delivery standards.
• Prepare and export final files across multiple formats, codecs, and aspect ratios in line with platform specifications including social media safe zones.
• Review edits with a critical eye, identifying where additional graphics, context, or footage can strengthen the story before sending for client review.
• Manage project file organisation and asset libraries to keep the post-production workflow clean and accessible across the team.

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio of social media video editing credits, ideally from a campaign, agency, or client-facing production environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro considered useful.
• Solid understanding of video formats, delivery codecs, and online video best practices across major social platforms.
• Experience handling colour correction, sound design, and motion graphics within a single post-production pipeline.
• The ability to manage multiple edits simultaneously and deliver to tight campaign deadlines without quality dropping.
