Key Responsibilities

• Perform as Mrs. Claus in live theatrical entertainment segments, including scripted skits and solo or ensemble pieces within the hotel’s seasonal programming.
• Sustain character consistency across multiple daily performances, maintaining guest immersion in a high-volume live performance environment.
• Engage directly with guests of varying ages and abilities, including individuals with disabilities, in a way that supports the theatrical atmosphere of the event.
• Attend scheduled rehearsals to develop and maintain performance quality across the run of the season.
• Report safety incidents and comply with all on-site production and venue protocols as directed by the entertainment manager.
• Coordinate with fellow cast members to execute ensemble performance elements and maintain continuity across the show schedule.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in live performance, theatrical entertainment, or character performance, with credits in stage, event, or theme park production preferred.
• Confidence performing in front of live audiences without a traditional stage setup or fourth wall.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required; no supervisory experience is needed.
• Costuming measurements must be included on your performer resume, as specific physical proportions are required to meet costume fit specifications approved by intellectual property holders.
• Vocal performance ability is required, as the role involves singing within the live entertainment format.
