Key Responsibilities

• Photograph and film residential and vacation properties daily, capturing clean, well-exposed interiors and exteriors that meet real estate photography production standards.
• Operate or train to operate aerial drone systems for property photography and video, working toward FAA Part 107 proficiency.
• Manage on-location shoot scheduling, client communication, and file handling to keep the production calendar moving without bottlenecks.
• Represent Elevated Coastal Productions on-site with punctuality and professional conduct, as client-facing presence is core to this position.
• Deliver organized, properly labeled image and video files to the post team in line with established commercial photography workflow requirements.
• Maintain equipment and report any technical issues that could affect shoot quality or turnaround.

What You Bring

• Foundational experience in photography or videography, whether through professional work, education, or a strong personal portfolio.
• Comfort handling a full-time shoot volume across varied property types and lighting conditions.
• Working knowledge of camera systems used in real estate photography production, with attention to detail on exposure and composition.
• Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, file delivery, and client communication in the field.
• Drone experience is a plus, though Elevated Coastal Productions will train the right candidate.
