The work is deadline-driven and output-heavy, with close collaboration between creative and channel teams to ensure assets are built to spec and ready to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics in After Effects for use across paid social, email, and digital display campaigns.
• Edit short-form video content in Premiere Pro, cutting to platform specifications and performance marketing briefs.
• Film short-form content as required, handling basic production duties on lightweight shoots within the studio environment.
• Work within an established post-production workflow to version and adapt master assets for multiple channel formats and sizes.
• Coordinate with copywriters and channel strategists to ensure motion and edit choices are aligned with campaign objectives.
• Support the broader creative studio pipeline by maintaining organised project files and delivering assets to agreed technical standards.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience as a Motion Designer and Video Editor within a commercial, agency, or in-house studio environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, used regularly in a professional production context.
• A portfolio showing motion graphics and edited video work produced for digital advertising or performance marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of how assets are built and adapted across different social and display formats, including aspect ratio and file requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs through a post-production workflow without dropping quality or missing delivery deadlines.
