Key Responsibilities

• Lead Production Operations programs that integrate tools and knowledge systems, including production manuals and delivery lists, across LatAm productions from development through delivery.
• Drive end-to-end execution of regional initiatives with clear milestones, defined outcomes, and tracked progress through to completion.
• Manage the LatAm Studio Delegates program, capturing on-the-ground production feedback to inform how tools and post-production workflows are refined over time.
• Own adoption efforts for new tools and ways of working across internal production teams, ensuring changes land practically rather than just on paper.
• Align local production stakeholders across Production, Post, and VFX with global Operations teams to reduce friction across the production lifecycle.
• Represent the LatAm region in global forums, contributing regional insights that shape decisions affecting episodic television and film production pipelines worldwide.

What You Bring

• 10 or more years of experience working in or directly supporting film and television production operations or post-production workflow.
• Hands-on familiarity with production data systems covering scheduling, talent, vendor tracking, and technical specifications across active productions.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs involving both technical and non-technical production stakeholders.
• A track record of driving tool adoption and change management across production teams, with the communication skills to explain the reasoning behind new ways of working.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English, given the regional and global scope of this position.
