About the Role

You’ll report to the Lead Product Manager on the Content Discovery team, contributing to the roadmap for both a subscription streaming service and a free ad-supported TV platform, which is a genuinely rare combination of product surfaces at one company. Day to day, that means writing requirements, tracking feature builds across engineering and design, and monitoring how users actually move through both services. The role is five days per week in office, which means you’re in the room where product decisions get made, not catching up on Slack.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of content discovery features across the Paramount+ subscription platform and Pluto TV’s free ad-supported streaming service.
• Write product requirements, user stories, and success metrics that engineering and design teams can actually build from.
• Conduct competitive analysis across the streaming landscape and gather user feedback to help shape feature prioritization.
• Monitor feature performance post-launch, flag anomalies in engagement data, and develop working knowledge of user journeys across both services.
• Coordinate deliverables across design, engineering, PMO, and content partner teams to keep feature timelines on track.
• Manage backlog hygiene, including tracking bugs, enhancements, and open tasks through the full product development lifecycle.

What You Bring

• Up to one year of product management experience on consumer-facing digital products, or a relevant internship in streaming, media, or technology.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and how product teams move from brief to build to release.
• Comfort reading engagement data and asking the right questions about what it means for user behavior.
• Clear, structured written communication, particularly when translating product decisions into documentation.
• A working knowledge of the video streaming market, including how discovery and recommendation experiences differ across platforms.
