Camping, a Barcelona-based creative agency, is hiring a Junior Video Editor to join their in-house post-production team in the Poble Nou district. This role sits firmly in the technical side of post-production, focused on exports, localizations, resizes, and delivery management across full-funnel branded content campaigns for B2B tech clients. It suits an editor who finds satisfaction in clean timelines, tight file management, and a well-run post-production workflow rather than in creative development or narrative storytelling.

About the Role

You will work directly alongside a senior editor inside Camping’s growing in-house editing department, handling the volume and technical precision that complex multi-deliverable campaigns require. The output spans long-form interview edits, social cutdowns, explainers, and case studies, all produced for international B2B tech brands. A typical day involves managing deliverable batches in DaVinci Resolve, maintaining folder structures and version control, and keeping exports moving on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver hundreds of versioned assets across full-funnel ad campaigns, including resizes and localizations, working to a strict post-production delivery schedule.
• Edit long-form interview and talk footage into concise educational clips suited to branded content distribution.
• Build and hand off complete DaVinci Resolve timelines with clean project organization and consistent naming conventions.
• Handle post-production on branded content formats including explainers, case studies, and social cutdowns for B2B clients.
• Manage file archiving and asset delivery across Frame.io, Dropbox, and Google Drive to ensure clean project handovers.
• Test and integrate AI-assisted tools for transcription, subtitling, rough cuts, and versioning to support workflow improvements.

What You Bring

• A minimum of two years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio that includes publicity or branded content work.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, with the ability to deliver polished, complete timelines independently.
• Reliable experience using Frame.io, Dropbox, and Google Drive within a production or post-production environment.
• Strong English language skills, sufficient to preserve nuance and clarity when editing interview and educational content.
• Based in Barcelona or prepared to relocate, and comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement.
