Key Responsibilities
- Perform scripted scenes on set in accordance with character direction provided by the production team.
- Complete a self-tape audition using character-specific instructions issued by the production upon selection.
- Maintain availability for the full confirmed shoot window as communicated at the time of booking.
- Deliver consistent on-camera performance across takes to support the film production’s editorial needs.
- Coordinate with the production office regarding call times, location details, and any costume or continuity requirements.
- Submit accurate union status information, as the production is casting both non-union performers and UBCP/ACTRA members.
What You Bring
- On-camera acting experience in short film, student film, episodic television, or commercial production.
- Current headshot and acting resume reflecting recent credits and training.
- A demo reel or video samples demonstrating on-screen performance, if available.
- Non-union or UBCP/ACTRA status, clearly stated at the time of submission.
- Physical presence in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland area, as this production is hiring local only.
