Working directly alongside the Studio Manager, this Hybrid Videographer and Photographer position covers both stills and motion content across a broad range of commercial briefs, including in-store retail, digital advertising, and social-first formats. Output is measured against KPIs, so an understanding of how content performs in a commercial media environment is part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video and photography content spanning product campaigns, retail environments, and autocentre locations to brief and on schedule.
• Partner with the Studio Manager on production planning, ensuring each shoot is resourced, storyboarded, and structured before cameras roll.
• Manage the full post-production workflow for short-form and long-form video assets, including colour grading, sound editing, and graphics integration.
• Produce social media content optimised for platform-specific formats, including vertical video, static imagery, and mixed-media assets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external production partners to align visual output with brand guidelines and campaign timelines.
• Track content performance against agreed KPIs and use results to inform future shoot planning and editorial decisions.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable credits across commercial video production and photography, ideally within retail, advertising, or branded content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop, with a working knowledge of the broader Creative Cloud post-production suite.
• Experience shooting and editing social-first video content across multiple formats and aspect ratios.
• Confidence working independently on set, including camera operation, basic lighting setups, and on-location problem-solving.
• A portfolio that demonstrates range across both stills and motion, with clear evidence of brand content work.
