The Creativity-Driven Content Creator & Videographer works inside Bulk’s creative team, contributing to a continuous content production workflow that feeds global social channels and paid campaign pipelines. A typical day moves between studio shoots and on-location production, with time split across pre-production planning, hands-on filming, and post-production editing. The role carries genuine creative ownership, shaping the visual language of one of Europe’s leading sports nutrition brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for social media formats, paid digital campaigns, and product launch rollouts.
• Handle all stages of studio production including lighting setup, camera operation, and directing on-screen talent for branded content shoots.
• Produce photography alongside video output, maintaining consistent visual standards across still and motion deliverables.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into the ideation and production workflow to accelerate content development without compromising quality.
• Operate as a self-sufficient production unit on live events, managing capture, coverage, and same-day turnaround when required.
• Contribute to pre-production planning including shot lists, treatment development, and creative briefs for upcoming campaigns.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in branded content production or commercial videography, with a portfolio showing both studio and on-location work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working knowledge of Lightroom or Capture One for photography post-production.
• Experience producing content across multiple formats including short-form social video, long-form campaign films, and product-focused photography.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted production tools and how they integrate into a real content workflow.
• Confidence operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment independently on set without a separate crew.
