The hybrid model means some days on-site in Bristol and some remote, so strong self-management across the post-production workflow is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and direct product and lifestyle video content to brief, covering lighting, camera operation, and on-set art direction without a dedicated crew.
• Cut picture edits and build motion graphics packages using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects within the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Adapt master edits into platform-specific deliverables for social media content creation, including formats optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage project organisation, file naming, and asset archiving to keep digital content creation pipelines clean and accessible for the wider team.
• Work with the marketing team to interpret briefs and flag any production constraints before the shoot day, not during it.
• Review and quality-check final exports against brand guidelines before assets go to trafficking or publication.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience as a videographer and motion editor across commercial or branded content production, with a portfolio that shows both disciplines.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with competency across the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience delivering across social media content creation formats, with an understanding of aspect ratios, compression, and platform specs.
• Ability to operate as a solo shooter, handling camera, sound, and basic lighting without a supporting crew on smaller shoots.
