Fox is hiring a Senior Technology Operations Specialist at Tubi, based in San Francisco, CA. This role sits within Fox Enterprise Technology and owns the full IT support operation for Tubi’s media and streaming environment, covering everything from executive white-glove support to AV production for all-hands and town halls. About the Role

As the Senior Technology Operations Specialist, you are the primary face of technology for Tubi, working across the SF headquarters and coordinating with teams in New York and Canada. Your day runs from managing SLA backlogs and hardware inventory to setting up conferencing for executive events and onboarding new staff through zero-touch provisioning. This is a hands-on role with real operational ownership, not a ticket-queue position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT support operations for Tubi, including SLA management, incident tracking, and change documentation aligned to ITIL v4 Foundations practices.
• Serve as the dedicated technical partner to C-level executives and their assistants, handling hardware, software, identity, and connectivity issues with appropriate discretion.
• Manage the full joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle from account provisioning to day-one onboarding across Okta, Google Workspace Admin, Office 365 Admin, Jamf Pro, and Microsoft Intune.
• Plan and execute AV and conferencing support for all-hands meetings, town halls, webinars, and executive events using Zoom Rooms, Neat, or comparable systems.
• Oversee on-site hardware asset lifecycle, inventory audits, and business continuity planning for the SF headquarters environment.
• Drive process improvements and documentation standards, including SOP development and workflow automation using AI productivity tools.

What You Bring

• Five or more years in a corporate desktop or IT support role with direct operational ownership in a media, streaming, or entertainment environment.
• Deep admin experience across Okta, Google Workspace Admin, Office 365 Admin, Zoom Admin, Jamf Pro, and Microsoft Intune.
• Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite staff in a streaming television or media company setting.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification with practical application in incident, problem, and change management workflows.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week in San Francisco and travel domestically as needed.
