About the Role

The Video Editor: Elite Storyteller & Culture works inside a small, senior-facing post-production workflow, cutting content that covers both brand growth and internal culture storytelling. Projects range from founder-led pieces and company narrative films to social-first content designed for high-volume distribution. A typical day involves working through selects, building sequences in Premiere Pro, and iterating motion work in After Effects against tight creative briefs from leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit branded video content from assembly cut through to final delivery, maintaining consistent narrative tone across all output formats.
• Build motion graphics and title sequences in After Effects to support the post-production workflow on culture and growth content.
• Work directly with founders and senior leadership to translate strategic messaging into editorial decisions that land with a mass audience.
• Manage project timelines within Premiere Pro, keeping media organised and versioning clean across multiple concurrent edits.
• Apply sound design judgment and music supervision sensibility when pacing sequences, particularly on storytelling-led pieces.
• Review and QC all outgoing content to broadcast and platform spec before distribution, catching technical issues before they reach the audience.

What You Bring

• Professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, demonstrated through a portfolio or showreel rather than a CV alone.
• A track record of editing content that has performed at scale, whether in branded content, documentary, or social video production.
• Strong editorial taste with the ability to make structural story decisions independently without heavy director oversight.
• Experience working in a lean post-production environment where the editor wears multiple hats across picture, motion, and delivery.
• Demonstrable attention to technical detail across frame rates, export specs, and platform-specific delivery requirements.
