Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Film Studio Chief on business direction and original feature film slate planning for Prime Video’s global content program.
• Lead a team of strategists in evaluating films under greenlight consideration, ensuring each analysis reflects both financial rigor and alignment with Prime Video’s content goals.
• Direct financial modeling and viewership projection work across multiple deal structures and release models, building repeatable frameworks the team can apply consistently.
• Own strategy documents and investment recommendations presented to senior leadership across Amazon MGM Studios, covering content spend, slate composition, and business planning.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with leaders across creative development, physical production, business affairs, finance, analytics, research, programming, and marketing.
• Drive alignment between the original movies and series teams on shared content planning goals and measurement frameworks that work across episodic television and feature film contexts.

What You Bring

• Significant experience in content strategy, film development, or a related business role within a major studio or streaming platform.
• A track record of leading high-performing teams through complex greenlight and slate planning processes in original feature film production.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including fluency in deal structure analysis, P&L evaluation, and risk assessment across streaming and theatrical release scenarios.
• Proven stakeholder management experience at the senior leadership level inside a large studio or media organization.
• Familiarity with viewership analytics and audience research as inputs to content investment decisions.
