Day to day, this person is behind the camera on shoots, pulling footage into an edit suite, and carrying projects through post-production to platform-ready specs. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots independently, including location setup, camera operation, and lighting for branded social video content.
• Manage the full post-production workflow from ingesting and organising footage through to colour grade, audio mix, and final export.
• Edit content to platform specifications across multiple social channels, adapting cuts and aspect ratios to suit each format.
• Maintain visual consistency across projects by applying brand guidelines at both the shoot and edit stage.
• Handle multiple video productions simultaneously, tracking deliverables and deadlines across concurrent projects without dropping quality.
• Use Adobe Suite tools, including Premiere Pro and After Effects, to complete edits and motion graphics work in-house.

What You Bring

• One to three years of hands-on videography and editing experience across branded content or social video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a working knowledge of the broader Adobe Suite.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and visual quality across short-form digital content.
• Experience managing shoot days as a sole operator, handling camera, audio, and lighting without a dedicated crew.
• Familiarity with post-production delivery standards for major social platforms.
