This role sits within the content studio function, responsible for end-to-end shoot production and delivering edited assets optimised for social media publishing workflows. It suits a self-sufficient shooter and editor who has worked across commercial content production and knows how to move a project from brief to deliverable without hand-holding.

About the Role

The Creative Content Producer & Videographer works across Sony’s studio and social teams, covering brand events, launch activations, and athlete-led campaigns from pre-production planning through to final delivery. A typical day might involve running a shoot in the morning, cutting a reactive social edit in the afternoon, and briefing the next campaign concept before close of business. The pace of the content production workflow here means strong organisational instincts matter as much as technical skill.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full shoot production for brand events, athlete campaigns, and internal activations, covering both photography and videography disciplines.
• Produce fast-turnaround edits for reactive social media content, applying platform-specific formatting and pacing to each deliverable.
• Collaborate with the studio and social teams during campaign planning to shape creative direction and define production requirements ahead of shoot days.
• Manage post-production workflow across multiple concurrent projects, maintaining quality and consistency from offline edit through to final export.
• Apply AI-assisted tools within the content creation process to improve efficiency and keep output fresh across campaigns.
• Capture and edit footage for product launches, ensuring brand and visual guidelines are met across all delivered assets.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience producing and editing commercial content, including brand campaigns or product-led shoots.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfort working with AI tools as part of a practical content production workflow.
• A portfolio showing range across event coverage, scripted shoots, and social-first video formats.
• Experience shooting and delivering content independently, including operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment on location.
