• Interface with internal departments including marketing, business affairs, legal, PR, and post-production to keep projects moving through the pipeline.
• Build and maintain interdepartmental grids and tracking systems to ensure alignment across the animation production workflow.
• Research industry trends, competitive landscape, overall deals, and key players in the animation studio space to inform executive decision-making.

What You Bring

• Prior coordinator or assistant experience in a television or animation studio development environment.
• Familiarity with episodic television development processes, including pitch tracking and notes coverage.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and database tools used to manage production tracking and series assets.
• Ability to read and assess animated series pitches and treatments with a clear creative perspective.
• Experience supporting senior creative executives in a studio or network setting.
