Job Position(s): Content Producer & Videographer
Project Type: Commercial
Job Date: Full Time
Compensation: $60/year

LOPCO Contracting Inc is hiring a Content Producer & Videographer based in Rumford, Rhode Island. This role sits at the intersection of brand content production and digital video strategy, with the person in the seat responsible for end-to-end video output across two distinct companies: a contracting firm and a cheer athletics brand. It suits a working producer who is equally comfortable running a shoot on a job site and driving post-production workflow through to platform-specific delivery.

About the Role

The Content Producer & Videographer at LOPCO Contracting Inc operates as a one-person production department, managing concept development, camera, editing, and distribution for both LOPCO Contracting and Cheer UP Athletics. A typical day might move from scouting a construction site for a brand storytelling shoot to cutting short-form social content in the edit suite. The role is structured to give creative ownership to the right person, with direct access to leadership and real influence over how both brands are built digitally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full video production workflow from pre-production planning, shot lists, and scripting through principal photography, editing, and platform-specific delivery.
  • Capture professional footage across varied production environments including active job sites, cheer competitions, client testimonials, and promotional shoots.
  • Edit long-form and short-form content natively for each platform, applying format, pacing, and framing decisions that reflect how audiences actually consume content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Develop recurring content series and brand storytelling concepts that build recognizable identities for two companies with very different audiences.
  • Repurpose legacy footage into fresh content, extending the value of existing video assets without additional shoot days.
  • Track content performance metrics and apply audience engagement data to inform future creative direction and production priorities.

What You Bring

  • A professional portfolio demonstrating videography, editing, and brand content production across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or a comparable professional editing application.
  • Hands-on experience operating professional camera systems with working knowledge of lighting and location audio.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce content independently across the full production pipeline, from brief to published asset.
  • Familiarity with social video formats and platform algorithm behavior well enough to make deliberate editorial choices at the delivery stage.

Why This Role

This is a rare content production position that offers genuine creative authority rather than a support function within a larger marketing department. Working across two brands with different audiences and aesthetics keeps the production work varied, and the direct relationship with company leadership means creative decisions move quickly. LOPCO Contracting Inc is investing in building a real content production operation, not filling a coordinator role dressed up as something bigger.

Apply now for the Content Producer & Videographer position at LOPCO Contracting Inc and bring your full production background to a role built around doing the actual work.
