About the Role

The CLARCO Originals Coordinator supports the team responsible for building Amazon MGM Studios’ original scripted and unscripted slate across Chile, Argentina, and Colombia. Day-to-day, this person is the connective tissue between the development team and departments like Production, Legal, and Marketing, keeping projects on track and information moving accurately. The work spans coverage writing, slate tracking, talent research, and coordinating creative calls with producers across all three markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate development meetings, scheduling calls, and internal reviews with producers and creative partners across Chile, Argentina, and Colombia.
• Manage the flow of projects through each stage of the television development pipeline, from pitch intake to production handoff and post.
• Write detailed script and pitch coverage, providing creative analysis and greenlight recommendations to the Head of CLARCO Originals.
• Research and identify emerging writers and directors across the CLARCO territory to build a pipeline of new creative voices for the development slate.
• Maintain weekly development tracking documents and slate reports, keeping cross-functional teams aligned on project status and key milestones.
• Monitor the Latin American content landscape, tracking industry trends and talent relevant to the team’s overall development strategy.

What You Bring

• Prior experience in a development coordinator or development assistant role at a studio, network, or production company.
• Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to read and assess pitch materials and scripts in Spanish at a professional level.
• Familiarity with episodic television development workflows, from pitch format through series order.
• Experience writing coverage for scripted or unscripted projects with clear creative and commercial analysis.
• Working knowledge of Latin American film and television markets, particularly Chile, Argentina, and Colombia.
