About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Production Training and Talent Development, this coordinator sits at the operational centre of a global training team serving artists and crew across feature animation production. Day to day, the role involves managing the training calendar, maintaining the Learning Management System, fielding requests through a ticketing system, and coordinating logistics for everything from studio visits to portfolio critiques. The Coordinator, Training also works directly with Artist Managers and their coordinators to make sure production-specific training needs are met on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the training calendar across the animation studio, ensuring sessions for onboarding, department-specific programs, and studio-wide initiatives do not conflict with active production schedules.
• Maintain and organise recorded sessions, workshop materials, and instructional content within the Learning Management System so crew across all departments can access resources consistently.
• Create promotional materials including digital newsletters and flyers to communicate training offerings across the feature animation studio.
• Coordinate logistics for early career outreach events including portfolio critiques, academic conferences, and studio visits, handling scheduling and administrative support end to end.
• Work with Technical Trainers to manage training facility setup, including room configuration, AV, hardware, and software for each session.
• Track participant feedback and monitor expenditure for enrichment programs, providing reporting support to the Director and Tech Trainers.

What You Bring

• Prior coordinator experience in a film, television, or animation studio environment, with a clear understanding of production workflow.
• Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System and familiarity with G Suite and Confluence for documentation management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities across a large crew or department.
• Experience creating internal communications materials such as newsletters or event collateral.
• Comfort working across time zones as part of a global production team.
