Head Videographer & Creative Director

Premier & Co. is hiring a Head Videographer & Creative Director based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, to lead all visual content production for one of Australia’s most active business coaching companies. This role sits at the intersection of branded content production and lifestyle videography, covering everything from podcast visual production and event coverage to on-location lifestyle shoots across surf, motorsport, and construction environments. It suits an experienced videographer who has worked across branded content and documentary-style production and is ready to own a content pipeline rather than fulfill individual briefs.

About the Role

This is an in-house creative lead position within Premier & Co., working across a high-volume branded content workflow that includes podcast production, mastermind event coverage, and ongoing lifestyle and business content. On any given week you might be shooting a client testimonial in the morning and capturing gym or surf footage in the afternoon, with the editorial and social media management handled by a dedicated support team. The hybrid schedule splits between on-location shooting days and home-based planning and creative development, with all travel expenses covered for shoots outside the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all visual production for the Premier & Co. podcast, from camera setup and lighting to directing talent and maintaining consistent production standards across episodes.
• Serve as principal shooter at company mastermind events, capturing keynote sessions, breakout conversations, and candid moments across full multi-day formats.
• Shoot lifestyle and branded content across a range of environments including construction sites, water sports, motorsport, and fitness settings.
• Contribute to the creative direction of the broader content strategy, identifying gaps, proposing shoot concepts, and thinking about how individual pieces serve the overall content library.
• Brief and coordinate with the internal editing team to ensure footage is handed off with clear context, selects, and creative intent intact.
• Maintain visual consistency across all output so that every piece, regardless of format or setting, reads as part of a cohesive brand story.

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio across lifestyle videography and branded content production, with visible range across both controlled studio and run-and-gun outdoor environments.
• Proven experience owning podcast visual production end to end, including multi-camera setups and live-environment audio awareness.
• Confidence directing non-actor talent, particularly business founders and clients who are not media trained.
• A working understanding of how content performs across social video formats and how production decisions affect downstream distribution.
• Experience working within a brand content workflow rather than purely project-to-project commercial production.
